For The Fantastic Story Society podcast, we’ve done on-location RECORDINGS, we’ve done on-location investigation RECORDINGS, but we’ve never done a live virtual interview, which is our plan for tonight. We will be talking about the haunted history of Los Angeles and Hollywood with Cassie Carpenter from American Ghost Walks tonight at 6:15 CT / 4:15 PT for what promises to be a fun time. For the first time we’ll be able to take questions from the audience.
Technically, you can watch the event (and its immediately available replay) right here on this site, but you won’t be able to interact with us here. If you want to ask questions live, click on the YouTube icon in the image below to jump over to the YT page, or you can interact on our FSS Facebook page here: facebook.com/FantasticStorySociety
More about Cassie below…

Cassie’s Bio
Cassie Carpenter is an actor, storyteller, and tour guide. She first fell in love with acting at the age of 10 years old with her debut performance in “Niagara Falls”. She went on to receive her Bachelors Degree in Theater at California State Channel Islands, which of course, is a haunted college! Since then she has gone on to perform in theater performances around Los Angeles.
Halloween has always been her favorite holiday, and she developed a love for all things spooky and paranormal. She has been able to combine this with her passion for storytelling by showing people around her city and introducing them to the dark side!
When not acting, touring, or studying Los Angeles history, Cassie can be found volunteering at her local animal shelter in the spay and neuter clinic, hiking the trails at Griffith Park with her own K9 best friend, or hanging at home with her pet tarantula Calypso.
We will be hosting a LIVE conversation with Cassie Carpenter, a paranormal tour guide who walks Hollywood Blvd and also takes people on a bus tour through downtown LA. We’ll be learning about her as a tour guide while hearing lots of great tales of haunted Los Angeles. Cassie conducts tours with AmericanGhostWalks.com
